Registration

EUSIPCO 2007 has three registration periods and fees:

• Early Registration: before June 30th
• Advance Registration: after June 30th till August 20th
• On-site Registration

For each registration mode, if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline, the subsequent higher rate will be charged. No multiple registrations for groups of attendees is possible, sorry.

A full registration by (at least) one of the paper (co)authors is required for each accepted paper with payment before June 10th. Papers that have not been associated with a full registration by one of the paper (co)authors by June 10th will not be published in the EUSIPCO 2007 proceedings. If you are an author, you may associate with your (full) registration no more than three papers of which you are (co)author. In addition to a full registration, each paper can be associated to an unlimited number of student registrations at the reduced rate. By registering for a paper, you declare your (and, if that paper has more than one author, your coauthors') consent to the paper's publication in the EUSIPCO 2007 proceedings.

Conference participants who require an invitation letter may contact the Conference Secretariat after paying the conference registration fees.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations will be considered only upon reception by the Organizing Secretariat of a written request. Cancellation requests received before July 13th will receive a refund of 70% of the total payment. No refunds will be granted after that date. All Conference registration fees are fully transferable to a colleague within your organization.
You (or your Organization) must sign the Agreement which should be provided to the Conference Secretariat.

For advance rates, the fee MUST be in our account before August 20th. An advanced registration, even if made before August 20th but with delayed payment, will be treated as an on-site registration and the on-site rates will be applied.

On-site payment:

Two means of payment possible:
- by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only),
- by cash (Polish złoty only).

Registration fee includes:

• Access to all technical sessions
• Conference kit
• Welcome reception
• Lunches
• Coffee and tea breaks
• One copy of CD-ROM proceedings
• Promotional fee for the tutorials for all conference participants registered before August 20th.

EUSIPCO-2007 full/student registration includes EURASIP 1/2008-12/2008 full/student membership renewal (membership
9/2007-12/2008 for new members).

All participants must register on-line. Please note that when you register you will be automatically assigned an registration ID code which you can use subsequently to check your registration and make any change to your personal data.

OTHER FEES

* After Aug 20th payment may be made on site only. The on-site fees are the same as regular. The Organizers do not guarantee availability of the tutorial notes and lunch.
* The individuals who do not participate in EUSIPCO 2007 may register to tutorials only at regular rates.

Tutorial fee includes:

• Tutorial notes
• Coffee point

Registration to at least one tutorial entitles you to have free lunch.

Note! The EUR 25 for a tutorial is valid ONLY for EUSIPCO 2007 registered participants before June 30th.

Occasionally, some individual tutorials may be cancelled in the case of very low number of prospective participants or other unpredictable circumstances.

Payment can be done as follows:

On-line by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only)
Exceptionally off-line by bank transfer. You should write an email to Conference Secretariat for more information.
